Barkday Treats began with one very special pup named Rosie.
When Rosie came home, I was overwhelmed by the long lists of ingredients found in many dog treats. As her Yiayia (Greek for grandmother), I wanted something simple, wholesome, and made with ingredients I trusted.
So I started baking.
Our very first recipe was our Banana Delight cookie because Rosie absolutely loves bananas. What began as baking for one little Goldendoodle has grown into an Ontario dog bakery dedicated to helping dog parents celebrate the dogs they love with handcrafted, gluten-free treats.
Every cookie, pupcake, and celebration cake is still made with the same philosophy that started it all: simple ingredients, real food, and lots of love.

For Thackery’s 3rd birthday I knew I wanted to get him a special birthday cake, and I knew right away that I was going to Jenni for this. I told her what I was looking for, which was for a spooky themed birthday cake, because my boy is a spooky boy with a spooky mama. I sent her some reference ideas and let her design everything. What she delivered was beyond beautiful and special. It was everything I wanted and more.
We used these as treats for the pups at our Anniversary Party. The pups loved the treats!
These were a fun change from our usual treats. Ivy really enjoyed them, and they’re a great option when you want something a little different but still clean and easy on sensitive pups.
I ordered this for Ivy’s friend since Ivy is allergic to sweet potato, and it was a huge hit. Kept her busy and happy, and I love that there are allergy-friendly options so I can still shop for other dogs with confidence.
These were such a cozy treat. The smell alone had Ivy interested right away, and she loved the crunch. They feel like a really nice seasonal cookie that’s still gentle on her tummy, definitely one I’d order again.
The Rosie Minis were just as great. They’re the perfect crunchy treat, not too big, and clearly made with quality ingredients. My dog loved them, and I loved knowing they were simple and clean without any unnecessary stuff. These are definitely treats I feel good about ordering again.
I ordered the Advent Calendar and Rosie Minis and was honestly so impressed. The Advent Calendar made each day feel special, everything was beautifully done and you could tell real care went into every single treat. I loved feeling confident giving one every day, and my pup was very excited for it.

I trust her completely when it comes to my dogs’ treats, and that’s not something I say lightly in a world where so much unnecessary junk ends up in our pups’ food.
We have loved our experience ordering a custom birthday cake from Barkday Treats. Not only did our pup love it, but working with Jenni was fantastic and she went above and beyond tailoring Declan's cake to accommodate his dietary restrictions. We knew he loved it when he jumped up on the counter to try and finish the leftovers when he thought we weren't looking!
This is our second year getting the Barkday Treats Advent calendar. The cookies are beautiful 😍 and our pup just absolutely loves them. Our pup will find his way to the table we have them on and will try to knock it off or bark and pout to make sure he gets it daily. Make sure to get the 2026 early so you don’t miss out.
Rosie’s Minis are our go-to for quick rewards. We’ve got treat jars everywhere so good behaviour never goes unnoticed. Barkday cookies are our pup’s fave, so I’m usually snapping the big ones in pieces —but these minis? Already the perfect bite. Pup-approved and mom-approved 😉
Purchased some pupcakes for Chloe’s birthday to share with her besties and they were an absolute hit. The detail was perfect and they seemed to taste as good as they looked 😍
